Keep it to Yourself
Never feed the cats anything you bring into the lounge. Cat Haven is also smoke- and vape-free.
Shoes Off
Please remove your shoes before entering the lounge. Socks are required. If you don’t have a pair, socks will be available for purchase.
Supervise Children
Guests under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over 21. Children may not pick up cats.
Keep it Calm
No running or yelling. The lounge is a calm space, and loud noises can cause stress. Do not enter cat-only areas or climb on furniture.
Respect the Cats
Read their body language, never restrain them, and leave sleeping or hiding cats alone. Avoid wearing strong perfumes.
