Cat Haven of Greater Baton Rouge
Spay/Neuter a Cat
In cooperation with the LSU School of Veterinary Medicine, Cat Haven helps to coordinate a monthly Spay Day to offer a low-cost spay/neuter option to those in need. You are eligible to participate in this program if (1) you are seeking to spay/neuter unowned community stray or feral cats in your neighborhood for population control or (2) you would like to spay/neuter your personal pet and you qualify under certain low-income guidelines.
LSU Spay Days are held on Sundays and the next Spay Day is tentatively scheduled for August 27, 2017. You must have a confirmed reservation to participate. This is the last Spay Day of the Spring semester - the next Spay Day is scheduled for August.
Dates for the 2017 Fall semester are: August 27th, September 24th, October 22nd and November 19th.
