Kalli (adopted 2012)
Sunni (Rosie) and Kalli are finally best buds. Thanks to the wonderful lady at Cat Haven for the "expert cat advice" when we were having serious cattitude problems over the weekend. Kalli is a sweet loving little girl with a spunky personality!
Bogie (adopted 2010) and Maddie (adopted 2012)
I just wanted to let you know how wonderful my husband and I think your organization is! We adopted my cat, Bogie, from Cat Haven 2 years ago (he was called Joey then). Bogie has been a great addition to our family. He is 3 now, and recently we decided to find him a playmate. About a month ago, we adopted Maddie from Cat Haven since we had such a great experience with Bogie. We were unsure how Bogie would take to her, but as you can see in the picture, they are incredibly close. In only a few days, they were playing with each other. Now, Bogie is protective and watches closely when the kids play with her, and, when he thinks we aren't watching, he cleans her too. Maddie is active, as most kittens are, and she is so incredibly sweet. We absolutely adore them! In any case, Maddie has settled in, and we couldn't be happier. Thank you, Cat Haven, for what you do!
Yankee (adopted 2012)
All I wanted was a waffle says Yankee, but I got a great home instead! Yankee was our 400th new kitty of 2012, limping into Cat Haven on the Fourth of July, with the help of Dana J, who found him at that great American institution, The Waffle House. It was determined that his broken leg was an old injury and he suffered nerve damage such that the leg would never be usable. Yankee never seemed to notice his disability and was always a happy-go-lucky kitty. He was adopted quickly by Allison S, who says, “Yankee is doing great! He had his stitches out today and the vet said he is healing excellent. He has lots of toys and a king size bed to lounge around on. I am so grateful to the person who found him and to Wendy at Cat Haven for letting us adopt him. Thank you all so much.” Yankee is pictured five days post-surgery, cute and cuddly as ever!
